Obviously there are only certain types of food that will taste desirable when reheated, and it’s also important that you take precaution when re-heating last night’s meal.
It’s difficult enough to come up with tasty meals that are quick and easy to make for dinner, let alone meals that will be suitable to heat up the next day. We’ve got a list of meal and side dish ideas from taste.com.au that are perfect to take to work, school or Uni the next day for lunch:

SAFETY WHEN REHEATING
It’s so important to ensure you’re being safe when you use a microwave to reheat your food. Here are a few tips:
- DO NOT USE plastic storage containers such as margarine tubs, take-out containers and other one-time use containers, thin plastic storage bags, brown paper/plastic grocery bags or aluminium foil in the microwave oven.
- COVER FOODS with a lid or a microwave-safe plastic wrap to hold in moisture and provide safe, even heating.
- TRY TO AVOID reheating certain meats, especially chicken in the microwave. At a certain temperature, it becomes susceptible to bacteria growth and multiplication.
